If you are not pleased with your purchase and you would like to request a refund or exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your order date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
Your item will not be accepted for return if any of the following apply:
- Book with obvious signs of use - CD, DVD, VHS tape, software that has been opened - Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for
reasons not due to our error - A return is requested more than 30 days after the order date
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where partial refunds may be granted (if applicable).
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow some time for this credit to be posted.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you do not receive a refund that has been approved, please contact your credit card company or bank, as appropriate, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items (If Applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be returned for a refund. Unfortunately, if your item was purchased at a sale, special or discounted price, the sale is final and cannot be refunded.
Exchange (if applicable)
We will be pleased to replace the item you have purchased from us if it is defective or damaged. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for an item that has been returned, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your shipping address.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than CAD$75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
